SPEAR User Group Meetings

SPEAR encourages users to be actively involved in the development of SPEAR. User feedback ensures SPEAR closely reflects the standard business processes of each stakeholder group within the Subdivision process. To do this, the SPEAR team holds regular User Group Meetings.

All users are encouraged to attend and get involved in the User Group Meetings where ideas and potential enhancements are discussed in a workshop setting.

After each User Group Meeting, the SPEAR team develops the new functionality and modifications. The changes are then implemented into the current SPEAR system via SPEAR Releases at regular timeframes throughout the year.

After each User Group Meeting, a summary of the discussions is posted here to be reviewed and commented on by attendees and those users who were unable to attend the meeting.
