• Electronic Conveyancing (EC)
  This ground-breaking system is an Australian first and will allow settlement of transactions and lodgement of instruments with Land Registry to be done electronically.
• Streamlined Planning through Electronic Applications and Referrals (SPEAR)
  SPEAR is an Internet system that enables subdivision applications to be lodged, managed, referred and tracked online anytime, anywhere.
• Vendor Statement Certificates Online (VSCO)
  The Vendor Statement Certificates Online (VSCO) project is assisting councils to improve their technical capacity in order to deliver vendor statement information online. It is currently available for more than 80 per cent of Victorian properties.

  Land Exchange has also provided funding for the Crown Land Status Online (CLSO) project that enables the provision of online ordering, requests and delivery for Crown Land status.
