Future Development

Work is continuing on the development of Electronic Conveyancing (EC) and the Land Exchange Business Unit is operating within the Department of Sustainability and Environment (DSE).

Streamlined Planning through Electronic Applications and Referrals (SPEAR) implementation strategies are being developed for planning permit processes. In due course, this will be extended to building permits.
